What we do — and what we don't.

Pawvisa helps US pet owners plan and coordinate the paperwork for an international move. We are an information and coordination service. We are not a veterinary practice, a law firm, a government agency, or a licensed pet-relocation shipper, and nothing on this site is veterinary, legal, or immigration advice.
Final authority is your vet and the destination government
Every requirement we show is a plain-English summary of rules published by authorities such as USDA APHIS, the destination’s agriculture ministry, the CDC, and airlines. The binding requirements for your pet are whatever your USDA-accredited veterinarian and the destination authority confirm at the time of travel. Always confirm before you act.
Rules change; we cite our sources
Import rules, fees, and timing windows change without notice. We attach a source URL and a last-verified date to every regulatory claim so you can check the primary source yourself. We do our best to keep data current and re-verify it, but we cannot guarantee that a rule has not changed since our last check. If you spot a discrepancy, email hello@pawvisa.com and we will re-verify.
The concierge is a coordination service only
The coordination concierge does the legwork on your behalf:
- ·Calling and emailing clinics, labs, and authorities to coordinate your case
- ·Booking vaccine, blood-draw, and final-exam appointments
- ·Chasing the FAVN lab and the USDA endorsement office for turnaround
We do notperform medical procedures, issue health certificates, make admission decisions, or collect money on a provider’s behalf. All veterinary work, lab testing, government endorsements, permits, and quarantine are performed and billed by those third parties, and you pay them directly. Our fee covers coordination only.
No guarantee of entry or feasibility
We report paperwork and timing as accurately as we can. We cannot and do not guarantee that a government will admit your pet, that an appointment or quarantine slot will be available, or that your trip is feasible on your desired date. Travel decisions — and their consequences — are yours.
Limitation of liability
Your use of Pawvisa is also governed by our Terms of Service, including the limitation-of-liability terms there. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aprobee Technology Pte Ltd is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the information or coordination we provide.
