Your data, and what we do with it.

This policy explains what Pawvisa (operated by Aprobee Technology Pte Ltd) collects when you use the free timeline, the readiness analysis, or the coordination concierge, and how we use and share it. We collect only what we need to do the job and we do not sell your personal data.
What we collect
- ·Contact details — your name, email, and (for concierge) phone and preferred contact method.
- ·Pet & trip details — species, breed, microchip, rabies and titer records, origin/destination, dates, and the notes you provide.
- ·Vet-records description — what you tell us, and any documents you later email us for a concierge case.
- ·Payment information — processed by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and the amount; we never see or store your full card number.
- ·Usage data — basic, privacy-friendly analytics when enabled, to understand which pages help people.
How we use it
- ·To generate your timeline and readiness analysis and deliver them to you
- ·To coordinate your concierge case — contacting clinics, labs, and authorities on your behalf
- ·To send transactional email (receipts, your case dashboard link, status updates)
- ·To operate, secure, and improve the service
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run Pawvisa, and only as needed:
- ·Stripe — payment processing.
- ·Hosting & database — our application host and managed database provider.
- ·Email delivery — to send your reports and receipts.
- ·Analytics — a privacy-friendly provider, when enabled.
- ·Clinics, labs, and authorities — for a concierge case, the specific details needed to coordinate your appointments and paperwork.
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention & your choices
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@pawvisa.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies, children & international
We use only essential cookies needed to run the site; analytics is kept cookie-light where possible. Pawvisa is not directed to children under 16. Pawvisa is operated from Singapore by Aprobee Technology Pte Ltd; data may be processed in the United States and elsewhere by the providers above.
