The terms of using Pawvisa.

What you get

• ·Free timeline — a quick, no-account overview of the rules and timing for your route.
• ·Readiness analysis — a paid report mapping your dates against the rules, with risk flags and a vet shortlist.
• ·Coordination concierge — a done-for-you service where we contact clinics, labs, and authorities, book appointments, and chase paperwork on your behalf, priced by an automatic quote based on your case.

Payment & refunds

The readiness analysis is a flat fee shown before you pay. The concierge price is shown as a quote after you submit your case, before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Because our products are digital and our concierge work begins immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.

Concierge scope

The concierge fee covers coordination only. Veterinary care, lab testing, government endorsements, permits, and quarantine are provided and billed by third parties, and you pay them directly — those costs are not included in our fee, and we do not collect money on a provider’s behalf. We do not guarantee a provider’s availability, a lab’s turnaround, or any government’s decision.

No guaranteed outcome; your responsibilities

Pawvisa provides planning and coordination support, not a guarantee of entry or feasibility. Final compliance depends on your USDA-accredited veterinarian and the destination authority, and you are responsible for verifying requirements before you act and for the accuracy of the information you give us. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse, copy, or resell it.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the reports we generate are owned by Aprobee Technology Pte Ltdand provided for your personal use. Underlying regulatory facts are public; our compilation, wording, and presentation are not.

Warranties & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To that same extent, Aprobee Technology Pte Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, where Aprobee Technology Pte Ltdis incorporated. We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date above shows the current version, and material changes take effect when posted.
